Located at a relevant point in the urban fabric, Parque das Cicas generates a new central square of reference, a connection to the Roundabout connecting a future avenue and a pedestrian street to Centro C in Carnaxide.
Characterized by the careful arrangement of generous and meticulously designed open spaces and a balanced volumetric solution that treats character buildings as a single object, the project takes on a face of its own to the surroundings.
The Parque das Cicas, due to its characteristics, location and relationship with the environment, could be an inducing pole and a point of reference for the requalification of Carnaxide.
