Total refurbishment of the building located in the historical area, consisting of 2 floors and attic. The expansion of the attic created space for two suites with access to the roof terraces and allowing a better use of the 80m2 of deployment. In the central space the staircase connects the spaces and allows light and gaze to roam freely between the floors.
