Competition proposal developed by Teixeira Duarte Engenharia e Construções and MC Arquitectos for the future Hospital de Todos os Santos to be built in the parish of Marvila, in Lisbon (winning design proposal).
At an extensive territory that is in dire need of requalification and full integration in the city the proposed solution puts two different scales in the same building: one smaller and more fragmented, at the neighbourhood scale, another larger and more continuous, at the scale of a speed crossing.
