Project for the headquarters building and distribution center for chemical and pharmaceutical products. The logistics buildings were designed to meet specific requirements in the storage, handling, picking, packing and shipping of the various types of products and at the same time obtain a standardized solution to provide maximum flexibility in space management.
The construction process uses only pre-finished industrial products and HVAC technical installations are located outside, in their own structure, allowing maintenance without interference with the operation.
