Competition proposal developed by Teixeira Duarte Engenharia e Construções and MC Arquitectos for the future Hospital de Todos os Santos, to be built in the parish of Marvila, Lisbon (winning design proposal).

In an extensive territory that calls for redevelopment and full integration into the city, the architectural design proposes two different scales: a smaller and more fragmented one, at the neighborhood scale, and a larger, more continuous one, at the scale of a high-speed thoroughfare.
