The most interesting proposal, and in our understanding, one that aligns with current legislation and regulations, would be to undertake the challenge of designing a creative articulation between the two existing urban morphologies, defining a balanced transition that promotes harmony in urban texture and space.

Given the difficulty in achieving a minimum consensus among numerous opinions, which are not always adequately supported by legal provisions, the proposal now submitted is clearly conservative, thus accepting the abrupt rupture between two textures that do not even interact through contrast.
