Full renovation of studio number 3 at Pátio dos Artistas, converting its use to residential. The building is part of a complex listed in the Municipal Heritage Charter. The intervention maintained the original character of the studio, its volume, the openings in the facade, and the large north-facing skylight. The project proposes a simple organization of spaces, reinterpreting the studio's original ambiance.
